I remember when I was a kid, I always wanted to be an inventor. I would dream up designs and ideas to solve problems that I saw. As I grew a bit older, my attention turned to computers and figuring out ways to use computers to build and create things. I worked on various versions of a budgeting app. I built countless websites - most of which were to showcase some sport or car or current interest.
Gradually my love for computers lead me into web design, graphic design, and software engineering. During college I launched and grew a web development business. After running this for about 10 years, I transitioned to numerous roles working on various SaaS applications.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to sit and all levels of a company and to view the team, the work and the process from many different perspectives. I've had some great wins and made plenty of mistakes as well. My hope is that I can share as many of those lessons as possible to help us all grow together.
